Entrepreneurship and Empowerment of Women and Youth
The AWJT – DRC supports women and youth in their socio-economic empowerment through vocational training programs adapted to the needs of the local market. We develop practical skills in trades such as sewing, crafts, agro-processing, IT, and business management. The program also promotes entrepreneurship by supporting the creation of small businesses, financial education, and access to solidarity microcredit. By strengthening productive capacities and economic independence, this program aims to reduce poverty, improve living conditions, and stimulate women's and youth leadership in building inclusive and sustainable development.
