Emergency education for children, youth and women affected by crises
AEJT – DRC intervenes in contexts of crises, conflicts or disasters to guarantee the right to education of affected children, youth and women. The program sets up temporary safe learning spaces, distributes school supplies and provides psychosocial support to help beneficiaries overcome trauma. We also train community teachers to ensure educational continuity in precarious conditions. In parallel, vocational training modules are offered to young people and women to strengthen their resilience and promote their social and economic reintegration despite crisis-related disruptions.
